Save the date for a virtual Community Roundtable on Equity & Inclusion hosted by the City of Bozeman, MSU’s Office of Diversity & Inclusion, Montana Racial Equity Project, the Bozeman School District, and Bozeman Health. This event follows the Equity Indicators project that you, or some of your members may have participated in (THANK YOU) and that we are continuing to bring to life through local data sharing agreements and the development of a public data dashboard launching later this winter. Mark your calendars, help spread the word throughout your personal and professional networks and join the conversation about how we’ll take action as a community to close the equity gaps that emerged in the data.
What: A virtual Community Roundtable on Equity & Inclusion
– Learn about the equity indicators measuring housing, health, and economic gaps in our community
– Hear storytellers give voice to how these gaps impact our neighbors
– Participate and reflect in facilitated conversations with neighbors, colleagues, learners, teachers, and leaders from across our community
When & Where: Monday, October 25th from 3-6 p.m. on Zoom
Why: This event seeks to give voice to widely known, yet unspoken truths by connecting data with story. It’s going to take all of us to close the gaps, how will you be a part of the process? Join us for this engaging virtual gathering to learn, listen, and make a commitment to creating a more inclusive Bozeman, where all can thrive.
