Beginning in January 2018, BPW will be moving its luncheon location to the Riverside Country Club.
The Holiday Inn is no longer available for us to rent due to its closure in 2018 for renovations. After much deliberation, Riverside was chosen as our new location. Because of the change in location, our lunch expense has also increased from $9 per member to $20 and $25 per guest. We have also changed the luncheons from being bi-weekly to only once a month. This will both offset the cost change and give us the ability to offer high quality speakers in lieu of quantity. The VPs of Programs would like to promote this as an option to find strong presenters considering there are only 10 luncheons per year instead of 17. The increased cost for the lunch will parallel the high value of the professional programs offered, with lunch included.
