The 2018 BPW Sponsorship period extends from March 01, 2018 through February 28, 2019

Sponsorship options are:

Champion Level: $2,000

• Premier logo placement, including website link, on the BPW website
• Premier logo placement in the BPW slideshow displayed during each luncheon
• Inclusion of sponsor logo on printed materials and verbal recognition during annual events including the Honors Awards Ceremony each spring and the Celebration event each fall
• Opportunity to provide a personal welcome by company executive during the Honors Awards Ceremony and the Celebration event
• Featured Sponsor Spotlight post on BPW’s Facebook page, with nearly 800 followers
• Inclusion of sponsor logo in a Thank You ad in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle
• Framed certificate of recognition for the sponsor’s support of BPW

Ambassador Level: $1,000

• Prominent logo placement including website link on the BPW website
• Prominent logo placement in the BPW slideshow displayed during each luncheon
• Inclusion of sponsor logo on printed materials and verbal recognition during annual events including the Honors Awards Ceremony each spring and the Celebration event each fall
• Featured Sponsor Spotlight post on BPW’s Facebook page, with nearly 800 followers
• Inclusion of sponsor logo in a Thank You ad in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle

Executive Level: $500

• Logo placement including website link on the BPW website
• Logo placement in the BPW slideshow displayed during each luncheon
• Inclusion of sponsor name on printed materials and verbal recognition during annual events including the Honors Awards Ceremony each spring and the Celebration event each fall
• Inclusion of sponsor name in a Thank You ad in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle

Supporter Level: $100

• Listing of business name including website link on the BPW website
• Sponsor name listed in the BPW slideshow displayed during each luncheon
• Inclusion of sponsor name in a Thank You ad in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle

 

In-Kind Sponsorship

Bozeman BPW also accepts in-kind sponsorships throughout the year and encourages vendors and service providers to support BPW through in-kind arrangements. In-kind sponsors will receive recognition separate from cash sponsors and will receive acknowledgment in keeping with the level of their support as listed above. In-kind sponsorships shall be arranged through the Bozeman BPW Sponsorship Committee and, as appropriate, in coordination with the related event committee chair.  If you add an in-kind sponsorship above, we will contact you for further information once we receive the order.
