Empowering students to think critically about their education and our democracy is why I teach “Engaged Knowledge and Community” at MSU. I also seek to advance women’s and girls’ human rights through co-leading Bozeman’s Equal Pay for Equal Work and Bozeman Cities for CEDAW campaigns. In addition, I enjoy increasing diverse women’s leadership and citizen diplomacy locally and globally by co-organizing women’s delegations to Cuba and other parts of Latin America through an NGO I co-founded. And for more fun, I operate a Summer business, Women’s Floating Journeys, to share the love of SW Montana rivers with women, their friends and families.
