Self-Leadership – The Ability to Lead Yourself from a Fixed Mindset to a Growth Mindset
September 21 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm$20.00 – $35.00
When: Wednesday, September 21st, from 12PM-1PM (doors open at 11:30 for networking)
Location: Tanglewood Grill and Tap; 730 Boardwalk Ave, Bozeman, MT 59718 – We will be meeting outside of Tanglewood’s normal hours at their dining room upstairs.
The purpose of this session is to introduce you to Self-Leadership. You will have an opportunity firsthand to practice the key skill of self-leadership, to shift and lead yourself out of a fixed mindset, into a growth mindset. This learned skill will help you to be able to transform, grow and be successful at the highest level.
Self-Leadership is the ability to lead yourself into standing and aligning with the story of your power. It’s the ability to show up with all the resources you already have and generate from this consciousness of power, possibility, curiosity, openness, and trust. The most critical practice of Self-Leadership is the ability to lead yourself from a “fixed mindset” into a “growth mindset”. Our power to create at this level of self-actualization is directly linked to our power to be able to grow and expand. This growth mindset path if followed will create an outer life that reflects our inner possibilities and allows us to show up in ways that align with new possibilities.
