November 14th Luncheon-What Are They Thinking?! Gaining Insight into what your Clients or Customers Really Think
November 14 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm$20 – $35
Join us for our November 14th luncheon: What Are They Thinking?! Gaining Insight into what your Clients or Customers Really Think
Come and learn about Whole Brain Thinking and how to read clues from their customers/clients and co-workers, in order to better understand and communicate or influence others most effectively. Whole Brain Thinking is based on more than 30 years of proven research into how people think and communicate, as well as build relationships, learn, make decisions and solve problems. Through several interactive activities and discussions, attendees explore the basics of Whole Brain Thinking and its impact on our communication behaviors.
By learning strategies for recognizing and reading others’ communication clues, we can relate to and connect more effectively with customers, clients, and co-workers.
The Whole Brain Model, which serves as an organizing principle for how the brain works, depicts four different thinking styles: logical, detailed, people-oriented, and conceptual. Although an individual may prefer certain modes of thinking, everyone has access to all four quadrants. Using the skill of Whole Brain Thinking, people are able to fully leverage their preferences, stretch to
other styles when necessary, and adapt to and take advantage of the preferences of those around them to be faster, more responsive, more collaborative, and more productive.
