In an interesting life, how do you build a feeling of wholeness that encompasses all of what you love, the work you are building, and what has hurt or challenged you? This is the path of integrated resilience, a way of living that lets you feel grounded, connected and less stressed. With a perspective and history of both joy and trauma, Lorca Smetana provides an introduction to another way.
Lorca Smetana teaches people how to have more courage, feel less anxious, make better choices and cope with tensions in our everyday lives. She teaches resilience in leadership to professionals and business leaders at Highgate Senior Living, Bozeman Health, Bridger Bowl as well as to students and faculty at Montana State University. Location: Riverside Country Club, 2500 Springhill Road, Bozeman
When: September 19th from 11:30 am-1pm.
Payment: Pay online with a credit or debit card, by check or cash at the door*, or mail a check to BPW, PO Box 644, Bozeman, MT 59771. *Registrations made after 12:00 PM on the Monday prior will be subject to an additional charge.
Preregistration & Member Guests: Advanced registration is requested for food planning and room setup (by Noon the Monday prior to the Wednesday luncheon). Members bringing guests can register and pay for their guest online. Guests can also register separately and pay for their own attendance. Non-members may attend up to 3 luncheons before becoming a BPW member.
Missed the registration deadline? Email program-events@bozemanbpw.org to be added to the event or come the day of and register at the door! There is an increased charge for anyone who does not register by 12:00 PM on the Monday prior to the event.
Lunch Cancellations: You can cancel without issue by 12:00 PM the Monday prior to the lunch. To cancel your registration by this deadline, email treasurer@bozemanbpw.org. Cancellations thereafter will be billed for and responsible for the applicable registration fee.
