This presentation will be led by Dr. Alisun Bonville, Naturopathic Doctor and Emily Potter, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. With over 30 years of collective experience, these women understand the world of burnout and stress, and support their clients with these concerns daily.
There has never been a better time to deep dive into self-care, focusing on your health and managing stress. Most of the women we see have been burning the candle at both ends and their body is showing the effects. They are noticing stubborn weight that will NOT budge and increased signs of aging, overwhelm from Covid-19 and the change that comes with it, excessive stress draining their mood, fatigue and issues with sleeping through the night.
Dr. Ali is the owner and founder of Spring Integrative Health, a holistic medical clinic in Bozeman, MT. She has been a Naturopathic Doctor for over a decade. She is passionate about the combination of modern science and traditional healing. Her passion is to help women heal their bodies and optimize their lifestyles and to find their hormonal equilibrium.
Emily is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, yoga instructor, and mom of two. She is the owner of NourishMint Wellness, a clinical and holistic nutrition practice and has been working in this field for over 10 years. She is passionate about living a holistic life nurturing the mind, body and spirit. Emily believes you have to tune into your body and your intuition to become your best self and that comes through balance, mindfulness, and conscious living.”
Together, Ali and Emily believe business professionals, burned-out moms and recovering perfectionists deserve to feel PASSIONATE and deserve to thrive not just survive. We believe anxiety, hormone imbalances, adrenal fatigue and weight gain are ways your body is talking to you and urging you to make a change.
