Job announcement from the Montana Conservation Corps:
The Montana Conservation Corps (MCC) provides youth leadership development and stewardship opportunities in a conservation corps format throughout Montana and neighboring states.
The Development Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Montana Conservation Corps’ fundraising and outreach goals. The Development Coordinator reports to the Director of Development and is a member of the Marketing, Communications, and Development Team. Principal responsibilities include assisting in the implementation of a multi-faceted fund development plan and managing day-to-day fund development activities to grow contributions and increase MCC’s visibility to potential donors across our service region and beyond. Principal duties include managing friend-raising and fundraising events, external giving campaigns, and fundraising appeals, as well as processing and recording donor and gift information and stewarding donor relationships.
This is a full-time (40 hours/week), hourly staff position that requires periodic evening and weekend work. This position will have recurring access to vulnerable populations and requires possession of a driver’s license.
