OFFICE MANAGER POSITION
Omega Biologicals, Inc., a leading biotechnology company with an international customer base, is seeking a business professional for the full-time position of Office Manager. Responsibilities of this position include electronic and phone communications with customers and vendors, customer order fulfillment, preparation of shipping documents, inventory management, clerical tasks, ordering office and laboratory supplies and equipment as needed, the coordination of trade show/travel details for staff, maintaining spreadsheet data, and shipping/receiving duties as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a college degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, advanced computer skills (experience with QuickBooks order processing and Adobe Acrobat preferred), excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to multitask and change focus during the work day, the capacity to work as a team player and a positive attitude.
This is a salaried position with company paid health, dental and vision insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, eligibility for an annual bonus, and eligibility for participation in the SEP plan.
