Participate in the Women's Health and Empowerment Telesummit
The 5-week Women's Health and Empowerment Telesummit starts on August 16, and includes a workshop led by WVE's Director of Science and Research, Alex Scranton, titled "I Am Being Exposed to WHAT?" on September 14th. This free series features ten world-renowned health experts sharing some practical tips to help you establish lasting wellness from the inside out, from nutrition to spirituality to finances. Learn more about the Women's Health and Empowerment Telesummit, presented by 4 Health Inc. and sponsored by Aspire Magazine, Women's Wisdom, and Inspired Living Publishing.

9th Annual Drop and Trot

What: 10k and 5k race through south Bozeman.  5k runners have the option of completing one minute of pushups before the race. Each pushup is ten seconds deducted from their final race time. Dogs welcome at both races.  Dress in purple to kick off October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month.  Massages, food, music and more! All proceeds benefit HAVEN services which include a 24-hour crisis line, 15 bed emergency shelter, legal advocacy, adult and children’s support groups, individual counseling and community education.

8:30am- Pushups start 9:00am-5k starts 9:05am-10k starts
Where: Bogert Park, Bozeman
How: The registration fee is $25 per runner. To register, visit www.active.com.  Registration forms are included in Drop and Trot brochures that will be located around town and at the new Bozeman Running Company.
